May God never let us birth evil children who would snuff out our lives.
On the other hand, sometimes in situations like this, failed parenting actions including excessive permissiveness,over pampering, lack of proper inculcation of good morals into the children, lack of sufficient stamping of parental authority concerning affairs of the home ,can lead to cases of matricide ( murder of one's mother) or patricide( murder of one's father).
A highly potent cause of such situations is OFFSPRING FAVOURITISM,where parents favour one child more than the other.
It's a highly dangerous act because it can lead to SIBLING RIVALRY, accompanied by resentment,hatred, antagonism against both parents and the other sibling.
If it doesn't lead to one sibling murdering another,it will lead to an offspring murdering one or both parents.
There are fatal mistakes too grievous that shouldn't be made at all and should be avoided by all means in parenting.

The way country be na, just avoid any kind argument wether na with blood. The frustration level in Nigeria has never been this high.

I've seen 2 male kids (twins) trained up under same environment, same parents and same church yet they both turned up completely different

Right from been kids apart from looking alike they have nothing else in common

Right now one of the twins is in Canada as a medical doctor while the other is currently serving 3 years jail in Nigeria

There is nothing given to one that was given to the other yet they turned out different

We over emphasize impact of parental influence in this part of the world when reality is everyone actually choose their own path

Infact friends and social media and general media influence was far more potent than 'parental influence ' it's what is it's

Before the bad twin grew to that stage, there were obvious signs but the parents chose to overlook or ignore it, no kid just wakes up one day and decides to burn the world! It's not just about giving material things, were the parents available to notice their individual differences? Just because they are twins does not mean they have the same wants and needs!

In 9ja we have the advantage of being able to use any and all means to discipline children and reset their brain. Abraod na just counseling and medication. Yes I know, pikin wey go bad go bad but from the mid 90s till now, the quality of parenting in this country has declined DRASTICALLY!
