I want to know whether the Supreme Court Judgement in favour of SDP in Kogi State which forced the INEC to allow the Forensic Inspection of the BVAS-Machines does not apply here.

OR IS INEC WAITING FOR THE PDP TO GO TO COURT AGAIN UP TO THE SUPREME-COURT LEVEL AGAIN.??, WHEREAS THERE IS ALREADY A SUPREME-COURT JUDGEMENT WHICH HAD MADE THE “INSPECTION OF BVAS-MACHINES” A NECESSARY POST-ELECTION PROCESS.??
