They do not care about you, neither do they care about your growth, the only thing expected is to output like factory machine.
They expect more, above and beyond from you, while not doing a single thing to deserve it. even with the shitty pay too. Employees don't last there because of a very shitty management that looks like they don't know what they are doing.
And they treat you like shit the first chance they get, so if you still want to accept, be prepared and don't say you weren't warned.
At the moment of this post, my salary is still pending, even after giving a months notice and submitting my handover document days before September salary pay out, God help their future victims. Shitty management, shitty place to work
