We are urgently looking for a customer- focused Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Location : Gbagada

Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
2. Resolve customer complaints, concerns, and issues in a timely, professional manner.
3. Provide product information, pricing, and availability.
4. Process orders, manage accounts, and track shipments.
5. Collaborate with internal teams (production,Packaging, logistics) to resolve customer issues.
6. Identify and report trends in customer feedback.
7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
8. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and response time targets.


Requirements:
1. BSc / HND in related courses.
2. 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in food industry/e-commerce.
3. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and online platforms.
7. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
8. Experience with online food ordering platforms.
9. Certification in customer service or a related field.
