For me, the statement from Fubara is a political statement. It's a matter of time before Wike wakes up from his power-drunk slumber and realize that Tinubu has been politically using Fubara to deflect his political balance on a low key . Does Wike being in Abuja stop him from giving orders or instructions to his men on ground to cause chaos? He was not on ground when members of the state House of assembly defected, but we knew who was behind it. So what makes this one different?

Please, let's be reasonable in our thinking and not support what is not right. Wike should allow the governor to work, we should not support what is wrong. We as a people are our own problem in Nigeria, until we stop taking sides and speak the truth the political class would keep looting our common wealth.

Wike was helped to become the Governor no body struggled the structure of the state with him;not Peter Odili from 1999, not Celestine Omeha( tenure desolve) not Rotimi Amaechi.yet he is bent on taking control of the state, this is Democracy not Autocracy.

Tinubu’s APC that dealt with anyone for not voting for APC in Lagos ? Same godfather of Lagos politics? Same Tinubu ? Everything happening in Rivers has Tinubu’s hands all over it . Watch how once he realizes Fubara has the structure of Rivers , he will cozy up to Fubara with 2027 in mind . Tinubu knows how to play the long games very well . Fubara will bend to his will with time.

The greatest loser here will be Wike . For me Tinubu put him in abuja for a reason . A man who BETRAYED his political party for personal gain ( minister ) CANNOT be trusted in the political arena . Wike will soon fade into political oblivion like Ameachi.

Who is the Governor of River State?

Your name must be mentioned as far as there is sitting Governor in the state...

He is recognised and he should be at peace with the IGP and the NPF for the safety of lives and properties in the state he is governing.

The State laws and rule of law should be obeyed.
