without strong institutions and flagrant disregard for rule of law military take over is inevitable, is not matter of if, but when! This guys are over doing and seems to lack a direction of driving this country . Plus the almighty suffering.
I won’t say the worse democratic rule is better than the best military dictatorship. Because that is just a cute line to put the people in place , more of a psyop!

Does nigeria need more underfunded public universities?

A better investment would be in agriculture. The land to be used to the university would be far more useful as a large scale farm that can meet local needs and export...
