I made a serious error in my application form. I just noticed it now. In the section for spouse/ partner, I filled my own details instead of my husband. I only filled his details in the sponsors space. Please can anyone advice?

Lexusgs430: Lexusgus430 I haven't paid yet. My question is I bought ticket to go back home in August before the appeal decision came. My ticket is unfundable. Is there a time scale on when they call u to submit ur passport after appeal allow. If he take it now they might issue it earlier and the 30 days will be over. So was thinking of him submitting it on 17th July?? Will that cause any issues? Thanks |

Happy weekend lexusgs thank so much.sorry that am asking too much question but please bear with me,just want to get things right as it is your advice on this forum. please i need some clarification 1. my wife stays in a 3 bedroom flat she rented.i told her to confirm if the person is the owner or is renting it too(all the while she thought he is the owner) but she told me that she ask and the person said he rented it too .so my question is who is to give the letter of consent that it is ok for me to join my wife in the house (although he agreed to give a letter of consent but i am skeptical since is not the landlord he too rented it ) 2.most a shared apartment be rented from the landlord directly or like in this case an occupant subletting one of the rooms.please in this scenario how do we go about it. dont want to gamble with a dine 3.he also said he will give a tenancy agreement to my wife(my wife has been staying there for 3 months now) can he give a tenancy agreement |
Re: UK Spouse Visa/Appeal Process-part2 by Spinardo: 2:22pm On Jul 02, 2017 |
Uhhhhmmm....technical foul...... If the original tenant can get the agency to include your wife on the contract, she is no longer an illegal tenant...Agencies do that after the payment of an administrative cost.... He however cannot avail a tenancy agreement as he is not the owner of the property nor the empowered agency acting on behalf of the Landlord (except he is)... Hope this helps..... |

Good day my people, I have followed this thread silently for few months. I thought of posting my timeline once I get my visa to lift someone in the situation up. But it seems I really need help before I have high BP. Visa type : settlement visa(wife) Non-priority) 21/02/2017. Online application(submitted) 06/03/2017. Biometric appointment (Ikeja) 15/03/2017. Supporting documents posted to Sheffield (Royal mail) 16/03/2017. Arrived Sheffield (no email, tracked it) 06/04/2017. Received email asking for my supporting documents 06/04/2017. Sent a mail that it has been signed for and receive (no response) 23/05/2017. Sent a mail again with my royal mail tracking number asking if they've received it(no response) 31/05/2017. Received email that application is not straight forward. Since then no message from them. I also tried to track it from the link shared on this thread, but kept showing reference number not recognised. I also used my IHS no, still showed the same. Please what can I do? The waiting period is unbearable for me. Please I really need help here. Thank you 1 Like |
