This has been one of my safety fears about CNG.
The CNG cars are not weather friendly here in Sub Saharan Africa.
Anything that will over heat them, will be a threat for a possible explosion.
The government should take petrol pump price back to 200 naira.
In Libya, petrol pump price is 52naira per liter.

That should tell you how strong they are. If you cook with LPG wch is more dangerous, you can drive with natural gas which occurs freely in nature.
