I’m suspecting the increase in price is as a result of high tax by FG.

These tyres, though pricier upfront, offer better longevity and performance, reducing the frequency of replacement compared to cheaper used options. I'm using 235/55/17 it was sold for 8kn9k per tyre as toks during buhari regime,now its sold for almost 22 to 25k per pair.2 don already spoil as I kept driving them like that till it got torn completely,that was when I was satisfied that I had killed the tyres. A voka sold me used manageable ones with good thread and some lil cut on the tyre firewalls for 7k each.i felt so ashamed that I'm now bargaining tyres from voka ..tho na continental all season tyres but make I manage am.i won't buy toks again til the tyre tear complete ....

It's depends on the size ,I bought 17rim 225/45 for 10k each (N40k)used tyre and I bought 4 in January,and only lasted for 8 months and I bought another 4 again for 14k each (56k) in October,used tyres only last average for 6-8month if u use your car on regular bases
