Job role: Executive Assistant

Work Mode : Onsite
Remuneration : 70,000 Naira

Location: Ikota Shopping Mall, VGC, Ajah, Lagos State, Nigeria.

CANDIDATE MUST LIVE VERY CLOSE (OR AT )TO THE LOCATION, AT A TREKKABLE DISTANCE TO WORK.

Responsibilities :

- Post daily on all social media platforms ( pictures /videos to be posted will be provided)
- Reply to comments on posts
- Ensure to follow up with trends and intimate the management as to contents to create
- Keep the office environment in order ( office cleaner comes 2wice weekly,candidate is expected to put the office in order on other days)
- Attend to walk in clients
- Ensure the smooth running of the office / staff
- Assist the CEO / Lead consultant where necessary
- keep Office records
- Ensure consistency on all social media platforms
- candidate may be required to create content for the company

Qualifications :

SSCE,HND,OND,BSC
With very good knowledge of computer (Ms word, Ms Office, Corel Draw, PowerPoint, Ms Excel)
22 years - 27 years
Must live within Ajah and environ
