when Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola became the Governor of the State of the Living Spring or rather state of Omoluabi, he had some names announced as the local government acting chairmen. 6 months later, they were dissolved only to be re-appointed to the same position. Now I am wondering, is this a move by the governor to deny Osun state people the opportunity of voting for people they want to govern the affairs of their local governments? or is Ogbeni afraid that PDP will win?
