Please i'm in dire need of an installation disc or software to re-install Dell Media Direct, i seem to have messed up my installation. I'm open to all kinds of assistance and/or suggestions |

@MManuel What happened to your drive? Did you attempt/do a format? If yes, you simply have messed up the MBR. The dell media direct sits on a hidden partition on your hard drive. Windows cant see it. You can recover the functionality of the DMD by running the Dell MediaDirect Repair Utility If you however replaced your hard drive entirely, then you would need to download and install DMD again. However, there are caveats to getting it to work. At the stage of installing windows, you should have about 1.5Gb unpartitioned space left. This is what DMD would use. Get the Dell MediaDirect here.
