Jessica Simpson may have failed in her attempt to land a big pay out for her pregnancy photos but she managed to snag a $3 million deal with Weight Watchers before even giving birth!!

Perhaps it’s because Simpson has publicly struggled with her weight and is being proactive. Though she told Lucky magazine last month:

“I got so much scrutiny for putting on extra pounds, but I think that the decision not to make myself anorexic was actually great for branding,” she says. “Because when you’re really, really skinny, not everybody can relate to you.”

EW Popwatch wasn’t all to please about the news criticizing Jessica for her message to new moms: “All credit to Simpson for taking back control of her body, but … What message does this sprint back to her pre-baby body send to other new moms?”
