this matter is not unserious. so many people are languishing in jail for 50k crime or crime they didn't commit. yet others are paying to clear their crime and also live outside jail. if someone who is a threat to you is sentenced to jail but pays to stay outside, that person can come for you again but prison records will say he wasn't this one. this is a serious matter. this is a grave multi dimensional institutional fraud we are talking about linking various arms of government and you say its not serious
