Reports in Italy reveal that Inter Milan coach Claudio Ranieri is seeking a loan club for Joel Obi.
Ranieri regards the young Nigerian as a big talent, but can't find the room in his team to help his development.

Instead, Ranieri hopes to place him at another Serie A club.

Interestingly,another media report in Italy suggest that the Nigerian midfielder is eager to exit the San Siro next month to enable him play week in,week out so as to improve as a player.

The Nigerian,regarded as a rough diamond in Italy still wants to return to Inter after his loan spell and command a regular shirt.

On Wednesday night he made his third UEFA Champions League start for Inter in five appearances so far this term and coach Ranieri heaped plaudits on the 20-year old who was substituted in the second half due to a muscular problem.

''Obi did well as usual, I know what he can give me'',Ranieri said in his post match reaction after the 2-1 loss to Russian side,CSKA Moscow at the San Siro.

Meanwhile fellow Serie A side,Chievo Verona are in pole position to secure the services of the Nigerian on loan if Inter finally decide to let him go.
