Pigment red 202 manufacturer say, Natural and synthetic organic pigments can be divided into two groups: colored organic compounds. Nowadays, synthetic organic pigments have become common. Organic pigments come in a wide range of colors and many different varieties.

Inorganic pigments can be oxides or metal salts insoluble in metals. Inorganic colors are separated into two categories: natural inorganic and artificial inorganic. Mineral pigments are natural inorganic pigments.

The organic pigments are divided into different categories such as monoazo or disazo pigments, lakes, phthalocyanine pigments, and condensed ring-shaped pigments.

Carbon black, metal oxides, or salts, such as barium, iron, titanium, zinc, and cadmium are the main inorganic pigments.

Organic pigments are bright, have a wide range of colors and a diverse structure, but they have low light resistance and poor weather resistance.

Inorganic pigments are resistant to the sun, weather, high temperatures, solvents, and have a strong hiding power. However, the color spectrum of these pigments is not complete. Inorganic pigments are not as brightly colored as organic pigments.

In general, the term "environmentally friendly" is relative. The industry sets different standards for judging whether a pigment is environmentally friendly. In general, harmful pigment components, such as toxicity, can only be found within a limited range.

In general, the term "environmentally friendly" is relative. The industry sets different standards for judging whether or not they are environmentally-friendly pigments. The harmful components, or toxicity of pigments are generally limited (meeting certain standards) and pigments which do not cause pollution and pose no threat to human health can be considered environmentally friendly.

In terms of their chemical composition and toxicity, pigments are divided into two main categories: organic pigments and non-organic pigments. Different standards are used to determine whether or not they are environmentally-friendly pigments. Inorganic pigments are evaluated based on eight heavy metals - antimony, arsenic cadmium chromium mercury lead chromium cadmium barium. There are many other standards. In the case of electronic appliances and coatings and plastics the EU EN71-3 is used. When they are used for industries that have direct contact with foods, like non-stick pans, the US FDA standard is used.

Two evaluation methods are available: the first is to measure the heavy metal content in the pigment, while the second is to measure the amount of heavy metals that leak out after the pigment has been made into a finished product. For organic pigments the research into the toxicity involves many areas, including: acute toxicity; irritation of the skin and mucous tissues; subacute toxic contact with continuous exposure to the pigments and other organic pigments.
