Role Summary As a Customer Service Manager at 9jaRides, you’ll lead a team focused on delivering excellent support, building customer loyalty, and ensuring high service quality. This role requires a proactive problem-solver with a minimum of 5 years of experience in mobility, ride-sharing, logistics, or transportation. Key Responsibilities Lead customer service teams in providing efficient and friendly support to riders and drivers. Develop and implement strategies to improve service levels and response times. Handle escalated customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Analyze customer feedback and data to drive improvements in service and experience. Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service management, ideally within mobility, logistics, ride-sharing, or transportation. Proven ability to manage, inspire, and develop customer service teams. Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset. Excellent communication skills and a passion for enhancing the customer journey.
