That alone is threat to life. This man should be serving serious Jail term.

It is bailable offense. But the case is still on.....

The court just don't dish out jail term....they work with with evidence available to the court. And also what the law says ......
So all these media judgement , na just waste of time .
In some cases they will be advice to settle it outta court. Which is what might happen at the end of the day....... The bolt driver will be compensated.

Not true.
Poor people are unable to meet bail conditions immediately in court, hence the remand.
But the rascal came to court prepared to meet bail conditions thereby avoiding being remanded.
