If that is done......lagos share will come down drastically o! Most oyel companies have their headquarters in lagos so it's up to those states to make their land habitable for companies to come. I remember how most oil companies left the south south to be domiciled in lagos.

The Northern leaders are not coming to this with clean hands. You talk about HQ, I talk about production. They are currently hiding under one Nigeria for their poor performance.
