a lot of reasons 1. The building has aged badly 2. poor building materials and methods of construction 3. the most likely i can deduce from these pictures is that te foundation at that spot has eroded badly. check for any closeby septic tank or chamber or broken water supply pipes. Poor maintenance of chambers can allow water to leach into the foundation and and erode it. 4. If (3) above is not the case, pls pack out immediately. the building is too old and isnt capable of carrying the weight of the roof. 1 Like |

this could be caused by settlement in foundation, something somewhere under ur foundation could have caused the foundation to settle, it could be decayed tree root, water pass tru the foundation, termites etc. something else could also have caused it, so get an experienced engineer or builder to help check thoroughly |

The block used has no much cement. The block contains more sand than cement. In my opinion, move out from the building. The foundation of that building is not strong. The building might collapse some day. The house needs to be demolished. Can you drop address so I can notify authorities to come with bulldozers and demolish that building Your prompt response will be appreciated 1 Like 1 Share |

Could be due to many factors (1)Low quality blocks. (2)The bricklayer did not lock the blocks at angles. (3)) The foundation footing (blinding) was poorly done. 1 Like |

Possible reasons 1) Poor Mixing Ratio 2) Poor foundational work 3) Bad blocks arrangements (alignment) 4) Settlement issues etc Mediation; make a good opening on the portion, reinforce with M12 steel rods, casting |
