is it possible for my child under the guardian of my uncle who is a british national apply for my child passport or residency here in UK. my child was born in UK. but am a student by status in UK, so i can not do that for her myself.

i will appreciate your experience/advice on this.

You might not need the services of your Uncle depending on a few things.

How old is your daughter now?

How long have you been studying for?

How long do you have to go?

Do you intend staying on in the Country after your course or would your daughter be staying on with your Uncle?

Do you need the passport for example maybe an urgent reason?

@ busy body. thk for your urreply

she is 3 years old

this is my 3rd year, will be rounding up my course next year.

intend to stay after my school

not desperate but will like if she can secure it now than waiting for10 years.

The rule has been 7 years for a while now, but it has since been scrapped, so your daughter will acquire "settled status" once she is aged 5 years meaning she can no longer be deported because she would have commenced fulltime education, etc and removing her would affect her psychologically, etc, and so because she can not fend for herself alone in the Country, her parent would be allowed to stay to raise her.
