Sooo, I've been desperately trying to improve my skin's condition. I was watching makeup vids on youtube when it suddenly dawned on me that my skin doesn't glow anymore. It looks pretty with makeup on but bare faced, not impressive.

Skin condition:
Occasional acne (that time of the month
Blackheads
Combination skin, oily t-zone
Dark spots (from old zits)
Dull complexion

I did a lot of research and here are the products I'm currently using, and I'm already noticing great results:
1. Regular facial soap/Clinique cleanser
2. Equate Daily Regenerating Cleanser
3. St. Ives Apricot Scrub
4. Clean & Clear Dual Action Moisturizer
5. Freeman Goji Berry Facial Hydration Mask
6. Lemon (or orange) & honey mask
7. Olive oil
8 Arm & Hammer Baking Soda
9. Steaming my face 4 times a week

I'll post a more detailed skin regimen in a bit. Meanwhile, I would love to hear what you've done to maintain/improve your skin's condition.

i use neutrogena products and i steam my face twice a week.

Girl,all you need is shea butter,not all these foreign products.

I can't say I have glowing skin. but the best advice you could get is to eat healthy and drink a lot of water. fix the inside and you will see results on the outside.
for starters, try getting yourself on a daily multivitamin.

in terms of facial products, anything that performs a miracle is probably dangerous or has a ton of chemicals in it.
but if you do really want immediate/miracle type result try retinol at a doctor's prescription strength.

ultimately my advice is to go simple and natural. oils like coconut oil or jojoba oil (shea butter broke me out). you will see changes over months period but it is worth it!!
