Nigerian Railway Corporation (NRC) has introduced additional Friday and Saturday train trips on its Lagos-Ibadan Train Service (LITS) route. The announcement was made on Tuesday 12 November 2024 via NRC’s official X (Twitter) account. This increases weekend trips from 2 to 3, giving travellers more options. The new Lagos-to-Ibadan weekend trips will depart at 1:40 pm, adding to the existing 7:45 am and 4:00 pm departure times.
