If its flawed its flawed. Don't window dress it. The family you're from is as important as the family you're trying to create. If you don't settle certain scores in the family you're from, you'll have to settle it with the family you'll create. Tell me the family you create should look more like your ideologies than your genetics, then I'll understand. Don't tell me its more important than the one you come from. There are certain families you get married to and the name reflects in your generation till the next. Just like Davido is still gonna use the name Adeleke for many generations to come.
