This is a good appointment as Hon. Gani Audu is quite experienced and is a grass roots man.

As for those predicting a quick parting of ways between Oshobaba and Governor Monday, this is quite premature. I don't expect a falling out as both parties (including other elders like Ize Iyamu et al) worked out a clear sharing formular before the elections which ensures that everyone's interest is covered.

However, this is Nigeria so let's wait and see.
