What the FG approves is for only FG civil staffs. That is why the meeting there with the NLC also had representatives from the 36 States and Abuja in attendance..The FG approval is just benchmark that all others should follow and not necessarily that they should do same. That's why any State can go higher than it and not lower.

70,000×12 = #840,000

So, a mature man will be going to work from monday to friday, from january till December just for 840k

Politicians that can't manage 10 million in a month will be telling their citizens to endure with 70k mimimum wage.

this is not how it works tho, minimum wage means that's what the least person would earn, the security, the gardener and cleaners etc and its their basic salary, with other bonus e go reach 100K , so as a graduate in grade 7 or 8 salary go dey reach like 150- 200K.. I remember when minimum wage was 18K graduate entry in lagos state was 54K
