Help me know all there is to regards being the NEXT OF KIN to a deceased Government worker.
If the person put me down as the Next of Kin in everywhere, all the entitlements, pension, insurance etc. even In bank (though there is little Money in the actual bank account), does that mean I am the ultimate?
If the person had other children or child, and I am the one put down as the next of kin to everything, am I still the final?
There is now will ofcourse. A letter of administration has been gotten which shows me and the other child there.
If I choose to do as I please with all the money, will it fly?

The person died in their penultimate year. Lagos State government is/was the employer

NIgerian native laws identity whom should take what. Some cultures exempt women etc but I don't think any culture specifically allocates all the estate to one person, especially when he has siblings.

Better share your inheritance fairly with your siblings in your own interest.

I'm talking of real law, rule of law... Court Laws.
Can the money be challenged? If I choose not give anyone at all, as the next of Kin, Can the Money be challenged? What legalities explore this?

There is no wickedness being carried out, it's actually a necessity, a "Right thing".

My mind and understanding tells me yes, Next of Kin is Final and has that ultimate power, but I want to know, in a fictional scenario, assuming the other sibling goes to court, and uses all legalities to challenge it (which is very unlikely to happen), is there possibility of the Court of Law giving a judgement of right to money?

Next of kin is entitled to every benefits except he is underage, that is where the can introduce some kind laws again

That's what I'm confirming. That's all.

If I'm the next of Kin, and there are other siblings existing, atleast one. And we both are on the Letter of Administration, can I chose to spend the money anyhow I like and nothing will happen?
