We should Ask the NNPC,Abuja- who are not Producing anything- to tell Nigerians-how is Port-Harcourt Refineries doing NOW?
Corruption has finished them and they think that is how they have been and Nigerians can't do anything about it.
Instead of Using the Oil to betterment of the People's Welfares,they have succeeded in handing Nigeria to a Single Person Monopoly, because most of these Govt institutions were never designed to be Successful!
