I dont like the way the news on the refinery is managed by NNPC, first they said it was fully operational, now its 70% functionality, old one working, new one in the works.

Wondering if the 70% is actually referring to the level of truth in their statements.

NNPCL should not mind those children of hates and perdition. They can take it that the refinery has started working against their wishes. To save face, their messiah bitter Obi congratulated NNPCL, leaving out Buhari and Tinubu who made it possible for refinery to come to life once again after his boss Obasonjo and party PDP decapitated it when they held on to power.
Very soon when the Kaduna refinery starts production, I wonder what will be the reaction of our "developers".
