There is absolutely nothing wrong in leaving your job unannounced. At worst, you refund the salary you didn't earn.
Who need to be punished are the head of department that did not ask government to stop salary and issue query that would have resulted in sacking.

RealLordZeus:
FG shouldn't pardon them after the resignation
..
Write to their respective embassies to demand their punishment or extradition

Wickedness must be met with appropriate wickedness

Modified..

The Nigerian Collaborators should also be jailed
..coz the scam won't be possible without an internal collaborator

The annoying part is these set of hypocrites will be start lamenting about how spoiled Nigeria is abroad despite being the sole beneficiary

That was how one guy took specta loan from sterling bank and japa..

After many writing to him and he refused to pay, they wrote the Canadian embassy and the idiot was deported back to Nigeria and place on visa ban

There will always be a twist of falsehood in each story.
Why will someone who is far away in a foreign country return back and resume work?
Why will those who did not return tender resignation and by which process was it tendered?

Let's forget all this stories. The relevant permanent secretaries or heads of departments or directors who knows the whereabouts of their subordinates and who are covering for them as usual know the real stories. We don't need to be told all those insider stories because it's not hidden.

Nigerians with criminal mind's, the same people who always complain of bad leader. They are already in a western country working and receiving salary and still collecting salary from FG monthly without doing nothing.... hàaaaaaaaaaaa !!!
the thing mad me bro...as in, they will work abroad and receive foreign currency and still back home, they're still receiving Naira every month.

Their HODs should be purnished too, cos they are the ones covering it up and receiving a percentage of the salary.

That's where we lack monitoring through and through!

We should invest heavily in monitoring everything in Nigeria! We need monitoring spirits! grin

From budgets, projects, etc.

Even the monitors should be monitored. Starting from the number one citizen. Or you want to excuse them.

That's one of the actual "SYSTEM NOT WORKING" context in the country... Politicians come and go but the civil service is the running system. They point the cash cow, the conduit pipe & the leaking bowl to the politicians to syphon.

See how the supposedly distinguished HoS watered down a presidential directive to implement sanction on fraudulent government officials ---------

She said, “You are asking about civil servants who may have japa (relocated abroad). We know that the issue came up, and there were even some verifications done. Since then, some of them quickly came back while some honourably retired.

“So, right now, just to sustain the momentum, we are still scrutinising using the IPPIS payroll to know who is here and who is out. And I think that will be a continuous process to ensure that people are not eating their cake and having them by going outside the country and still receiving their salaries.

"Walson-Jack disclosed this at a programme held in Abuja to celebrate her 100 days in office.

The development comes five months after President Tinubu ordered that all civil servants who are drawing salaries from the government after relocating abroad should be made to refund the money.

Tinubu also directed that the culprits’ supervisors and department heads be punished for aiding and abetting the fraud while they were in charge."

Likely you are touched with the comment,
FYI I can say before God and man that I have not benefited in the Nigeria corruption scheme..
I wonder if you can repeat the statement too

On the other hand I am a direct victim coz I nearly provide everything for myself.. Job, accommodation, water, power sometimes road self coz I can't count the number of times we ve contributed to repair or facilitate community road
All these are warranted because the resources the government are to used are being stolen blindly by both the government and the greedy citizens I mentioned in my original post
The reason I commented about the syndrome of who hasn't sin is not to divert from the main issue

I've always maintained the average Nigerian needs a mind/orientation reset.

Good job Madam, identify and terminate their appointments. These are the same people who will post from overseas calling the country a shithole, but they are still receiving salaries as if the thousands of forex they receive abroad is not enough. Parasites.

After they will say the govt is wicked.

And these same abroad based individuals will be shouting Nigerian government is bad and even be supporting an opposition candidate of which they are part of the rot in the system. They just cry wolf because they don't have the opportunity to steal more....... "This is Nigeria"
