Aorta is an organ in the body and we only have one.
Saying the meaning of aorta in the 2 sentence is different is saying there are 2 organs in the body named aorta.

And that makes no sense because there's only ONE ORGAN IN THE BODY CALLED AORTA.

Muhammed and Allah are both referring TO THE ONE AND ONLY AND SAME AORTA IN THE BODY.

But Muhammed mentioned a physical substance inside his body is killing him.
He now described how that physical substance is killing him and u telling me that's a metaphor.

What do you understand by food poisoning? Food poisoning is simply food borne illness caused by bacteria and their enterotoxins.
It's different from what we talking about here.
The Jewish women added a toxic substance called poison to Muhammed's food. That's not food poisoning....ok.

So many toxins in the body can predispose to aortic dissection e.g nicotine, cocaine, methamphetamine, carbazide and plant poisons.

Muhammed himself said he started having agonizing pain since he was exposed to the poison from the Jewish woman.
He said he feels like the poison is severing his aorta. Muhammed simply described how he felt.

You are not there to say Muhammed description of his pain is wrong. He was the one in pain and described how he felt.

The question should be why did the Prophet of Allah described himself dying in the same manner Allah had said he would die if he's ever caught lying?
