This has happened to me before. I think it's a skin irritation on people with sensitive skin. Go to a native shop where they sell herbs/agbo and ask of Adin agbon. @OP should take care of his personal hygiene. Culprit could be soap used (changing the natural flora of your body and subjecting to attack by bad bacteria) or sharing space, clothing materials with someone already with eczema.
Wash and disinfect all your clothes and ensure that they are sun-dried. It should go soon.

I stopped using Medicated soap. Use Cussons baby soap, the pink one. Always change your towels regularly. When you wash your towels, ensure to Rinse properly.
