A French band delighted attendees at a state dinner in Paris by delivering a lively performance of PSquare’s hit song “Testimony (Taste the Money)” in tribute to Nigerian President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

The dinner, held at the prestigious Palais de l’Élysée, was a eye-catching moment in President Tinubu’s three-day official visit to France, aimed at deepening diplomatic ties and bolstering economic cooperation between the two nations.

In a now-viral video capturing the highlight, the band gave a spirited rendition of the Afrobeat classic, infusing the track with a unique French twist while preserving its infectious Nigerian rhythms.
