The "Belle First" is a hunger alleviation program, by Rt. Hon. Promise Reginald, the Executive Chairman of Omuma Local Government Area, the program aims at supporting 2,000 vulnerable persons across the ten wards of Omuma. It provides direct financial assistance to improve the livelihoods of those affected by economic challenges in the community.

The initiative emphasises a commitment to the well-being of Omuma's people, ensuring that the poor and vulnerable feel the positive impact of the government.

By offering cash support, "Belle First" alleviate hardship and foster economic stability among the most vulnerable populations in Omuma.

The "Belle First" program, launched in July 2024, successfully disbursed cash support to 2,000 vulnerable individuals across Omuma Local Government Area, with 120 beneficiaries from each ward, spearheaded by Rt. Hon. Promise Reginald, was a monthly commitment by the chairman, and he consistently fulfilled this promise.

Community leaders and beneficiaries commended the program's impact on improving livelihoods and a sense of care and inclusion.

The program not only provided immediate relief but also strengthened the community's trust in grassroots leadership.
