Only a section of the market was renamed, not the entire market.
Also, what's the use of all this? The people who own the bulk of the stores there, and who do the bulk of the transactions there know themselves while those who do the offloading of the containers, and who collect tolls at the market know themselves too

Igbo traders should boycott paying any deus to that leadership constituted by that legendary bigot LGA chairman. It is very simple. Just pay your government taxes and shop rents. Any other attempt to rip you off should be resisted. Market organisations are like pressures groups and governments can not appoint their leaders.

You have been doing that and you are still struggling with it. The traders will do it. They owe only taxes and rates to the government. Any other forced leadership should go for a bank loan to generate operating finance.

People keep chasing rat when the house is on fire.

How does all these distractions put food on the table of the common man in the market?

Have they not been in charge? Lol Na inferiority complex dey worry una. Has there been anytime the traders refused to pay taxes and rents? Have they not been paying all government deus? You guys are so insecure in your laziness. What I said is that most market organisations are like pressure groups. Most leaders of those organisations tax their members. The government has no business electing the leaders of pressure groups. And if the local government authorities there are trying to do so with this bigoted arrangement, the traders should resist and do the needful. They shouldn't normalise such absurdity by paying deus to an unelected imposition by a village petty local government chairman.

Lagos is no man’s land, now the no man has come to take his land.

An Indian is the immediate Prime Minister of UK, yet you will never hear Indians say that UK is no man’s land or that they (Indians) developed UK

It is very easy to superimpose characters and photoshop an image to make it appear real. Go to twitter the signboard says

AGUIYI IRONSI PLAZA
Paramo International Market Ladipo, Mushin

In an attempt to photoshop you made a mistake spelling Aguiyi Ironsi's first name. You guys are really innovative, but we see through your Bullshit. Go to twitter and see the real signboard there. it was a section of the market that answers Aguiyi Ironsi not the whole market.
