You know your wife not to be promiscuous but You recently got sick and went for test, they told you that you are HIV positive.

You know you have never slept with any other woman other than your wife.

What would be your next line of action?

First of all calm down and try finding out how if she's actually the one transmitted the infection to you, or you got it from unsterilized sharp objects etc.

Sex isn't the only way to contract HIV. There are other means, such as shared needles, blood transfusions, or even being born with it. If it turns out that the wife tests positive as well and claims her only sexual partner is her husband, how can we be sure she was the one who infected him? Another thing I’d like to know is: when getting tested, do they show how and where someone contracted the virus?
