After the passage of this bill, they'll get on their feet by hook or crook and get their asses to work, think on their feet like their smart southern counterparts, and find a way to attract investors

Its when they are cut off from still collecting allocations from oil and gas proceeds that's when they are really going to sit up there is not much money from vats

Sometimes I want to reply people like you, but the hate you harbour for North is so much. All you want to see is the North on it's knees. Be a nationalist. Would this bill make things easier for the general population or not? That should be what you should be looking at.
