Bros the Ikwerres denying to be igbo is just beyond What we are seeing or reading here. The last thing an Ikwerre man will associate with us being igbo. There is a cultural thing to this. In our meetings if you call anyone Nye Isoma you have indirectly called the person a slave. And it comes with a heavy penalty. To an ikwerre man accepting to be igbo means accepting to be Nye Isoma. This is where the problem lies. Meanwhile ikwerres are never Igbos not today, yesterday or before.
