Reno's reply is weak and failed to "hit" at Hell-Ruffian where it would hurt him the most. Insecurity, killing of Christians and sundry crimes weren't limited to Kaduna State during his time. What is responsible for a drop in the rate of killings in the State goes to the renewed vigour to fight the terrorists to a stand still by the military under the current administration.
