Re: Who Are These Nigerian Cabals by Beaf: 4:02pm On Dec 22, 2011
The cabals can be grouped into 4:
[li]The NASS[/li]
[li]The Tinubu, IBB, Tambuwal, Atiku axis[/li]
[li]Core-Northern elite[/li]
[li]Oil majors (Shell etc)[/li]
The above provides a rough sketch, then you can add the tentacles they have in the customs, police, judiciary, petroleum unions, petroleum companies (local and foreign); that is aside from owning almost everything that moves outside of govt.
These people can pose a serious fightback that will ground the country and raise severe security threats; so they have to be tackled in isolation in a slow, grinding and painful battle. It is the only way to go without breaking the law or desecrating human rights and democracy.

Of the 4, the NASS is not really a cabal. It is just that they are ready tools to be bought and sold by questionable forces, foreign and local, for questionable motives.

9ja go survive. The removal of the oil subsidy will go a long way to neutralising the above crew. I must stress that whatever fault you think Obj has, he is not one of them; in fact he is an arrowhead against them.
Re: Who Are These Nigerian Cabals by Tittos: 4:05pm On Dec 22, 2011
The cabal are those ones coming out now to say 'remove fuel subsidy' because they now have better tactics to even make more money.put it this way, instead of making a
certain amount from the goverment, let's make double the amount from the citizens and in that case everybody wins.Goverment has more money to squander, the cabal makes more money selling petrol at any cost they wish and as usual the masses suffer it

The oil majors are the biggest cabal. Do you remember Shell boasting in wikileaks that they have people in the senate, ministries and know when anything moves in Nigeria?
They hate the PIB and are allied with marketers who will do their bidding for little "favours."

Yea I know, but they way it operates they cant do anything except Nigerian Govern ment dance to their tunes. if we have good governance why wont the HoA pass the bill, even if all the oil companies form association they can barely change anything if Nigerian government do not allow them look at Valenzuela and brazil.

Re: Who Are These Nigerian Cabals by Nobody: 5:06pm On Dec 23, 2011
There are 2 cabals running Nigeria, each cabal is headed by a former head of State, IBB and OBJ, and these Cabals are somtimes at logger heads, so each time a new initiate of one of the cabals becomes president, there is always a tussle of allegiance and they will start awarding massive contracts to their kingpins with investment portfolio for themselves, the 2 cabals are headed by OBJ and the other headed by IBB, the 3rd Cabal stays neutral and rascal.

THE CABAL IS THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OF NIGERIA. IF THIS CABAL REALLY WANTS TO HELP THE ECONOMY GROW AND REMOVE THE SUFFERING OF NIGERIANS, THEY SHOULD HAVE BUILT NEW REFINERIES AND MORDERNISED THE THREE OLD REFINERIES OR PRIVATISE THE WHOLE PETROLEUM PRODUCT MARKETING.

AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED D FGN IS D SABOTEUR AS THEY SEND CRUDE AND BRING REFINED OIL AFTER INDULGING IN D OIL BUSINESS FOR DECADES!
Re: Who Are These Nigerian Cabals by dayokanu(m): 5:42pm On Dec 23, 2011
