Since they got to the house on Saturday, things have been taking downturn.

I used to gym to look big enough for my age.
Since Saturday i'm getting slimmer as if somebody is suckling my blood help

Younger people are looking bigger than me help

Getting fit is not by gym alone but about good diet. Probably when she got to your house, your food ration reduced.
That's the probable explanation for the sudden reduction in weight.

stop lying to yourself is the first step to helping yourself. Second, is the house yours? If not, you have the option to move out if you feel you can't stand your sister being there. If the house is in fact yours then approach her directly to tell her she needs to out immediately. Third, make an appointment as soon as you can to sort out your mental health. That you believe someone else is physically responsible for your weight loss indicates your mind is possibly already off it's hinges. 🤔
