DaddyCoool: Did you even read the entire article before posting this rubbish? The article stated that the feeding program had problems, including corruption and inefficiency which led to Buhari shutting it down for recalibration. The article also stated that many children in the various states stopped attending school after Buhari suspended the program, as they’d relied on it for feeding. Parents were interviewed who said they regretted the suspension of the program, as it saved them buying snacks etc for their kids. SO IT WAS WORKING AND FEEDING OUR KIDS DESPITE ITS REPORTED FLAWS! Tinubu has come in, and restarted the program after doing the necessary groundwork to ensure even greater efficiency and accountability. Now he has ploughed 100 billion naira into it. Give him a chance to make it work better, instead of condemning him!!!!! |

Tellmeastory: Didn't you say the article was 5 years ago, genius?? The article is as of 2024 and there is nothing in place to prevent worse looting this time. Same food program had been started and ended a couple times by different administrators YET Tinubu is pluoghing money into it AGAIN with no iota of planning or safeguards to assure accountability and avoid corruption. You now see why people see it as merely providing avenue for looting?? |
