But the company didn't say they are the ones collecting the toll for the next 6 years. As part of the repayment agreement, majority of the tolls put up by any Chinese company goes back to them as part of the loan repayment.

the cards to private accounts. There's nothing Nigeria's fraudsters cannot manipulate, including system for electronic transmission of vote results.

Where are the Register to Monitor the Receipt and Expenditure on this Toll Roads?
What is the Estimate of Works done and Income and Expenditures of the Roads on Yearly Basis?
•Once beaten twice shy- what happened to All the Toll on Most Roads before - was a Monumental Fraud and Corruption in the Ministries of those Responsible for Road Transportation!
We NIGERIANS used to teach even the White People - how to be Corrupt - hope the Chinese will live by their Country rules, that Corruption is death Sentences in China!

This is the same model for Lagos-Calabar coastal road project. Why was there so much of deliberate mischief and unnecessary hullabaloo over the funding?. However, this model is proven to be feasible. This model is going to work just as fine for Lagos-Calabar too, I guess critics have to be a bit more reasonable.

China with their very poor safety standards and poor staff welfare.
See their construction workers wearing bathroom slippers and trousers.
No overall and hard hat.
When their staff get injured, they take them to any local chemist and that is all.
Their companies never in pension and HMO for staff.
I do not blame them.
They have taken advantage of our failed institution's.

Sack the power minister now... Send Wike there! We don't mind if he organizes thanksgiving everyday to yab odili and Fubara, but let him do the job. Even if he wants to build power station for president and VP, but let him do the job. We can't accept the power situation in this country anymore. Enough is enough. With power, you spend less, you don't have to cook everyday and it makes the hardship a little bearable. Send ministers who want to work there...

Lekki toll gate will not be soon forgetten, they can telling you they are paying for loan every year,the loan did not end until event of ENDSAR expose the corruption. I am not in support of any tolling of Nigeria's road. It is an avenue for corruption

Let people pay for good roads and reduce the rate at which motorists visit mechanics every week.

When it's time to allocate multi-million Dollar contracts they start with south- west but When its time to test run some vague cashless tolling BLA BLA BLA program they now know that North exists nonsense. This was largely financed by China and constructed by her company/engineers hence, no room for unbridled corruption. The Lagos - Calabar road is a complete contrast.

Went through that road recently, the road is heavenly and smooth, no gallop. Make them do plateau road like that.

Passed it from Abuja to markurdi....Omo,dem finish work for that road.

For your information, most of the countries you envy today operated this same system to get to where they are today. I don't know how old you are, but our federal roads were better off when we had toll gates.
