Kindly check ur diets. U may stop taking bread, tea, whether Milo or Bornvita, stop everything. Also stop taking Soda drinks like coke, Fanta and the rest. Take a cup of water in the morning before anything and make sure u stay hydrated throughout the whole day. U can take analgesics for the pains..like cataflam or ibuprofen provided u don't have ulcer. Make sure u wash up very well after defecation. Finally, u may need need to observe those diets that give u constipation...they are actually individualistic. Thank you

I was in your shoes for some years. It kept re-occuring even after a surgical procedure. I finally saw a Surgeon that directed me to a teaching hospital pharmacy where they mixed 0.5% Nifedipine with some amount of vaseline based on his prescription. Omoh the thing don do me o. On 3rd of January I'm not able to defecate. I'm not able to push out shit. The pain I was feeling on my anus is not here. The stool was very strong and was unable to come out. I can imagine. Maybe it was what I suffered or it was pile, very serious one, after childbirth. I'd stool and blood would come out. It was hellish. I applied Vaseline and anusol, to no avail. I tried to take fruits but they'd make me go to toilet and pooing wasn't fun either.

What helped me, after I was about to give up hope, was a drug someone prescribed for me. Forgotten the name. And I was better.

After my second childbirth, I experienced that pile again and I just took that drug. I got myself.
