To create a blog, you dont need to pay
Folow these simple steps now
1. go to www.blogger.com
2. click the arrow under "Create a blog in 3 simple steps"
3. follow the steps, choose a site name, choose template color of ur choice etc

A blog has the following ADVANTAGES over a full blown website. With a blog you just create content and wham you are publishing. But with a full blown website you have to handle, html, css, javascipt, templates etc etc. Thus all in all a blog is a simple website that is very easy to set up and use and frees you from unnecessary stuff.

Blogs are known as "Push Button publishing" and this is becuase of it s ease of use.
Disadvantages are that it is no as fully customisable as a website.

Blog hosts are www.blogger.com, www. and www.typepad.com.
