Responsibilities:

1. *Recruitment and Staffing*: Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the company. This includes creating job descriptions, posting job ads, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process.

2. *Employee Training and Development*: Overseeing the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, particularly in areas relevant to real estate, such as sales techniques, market analysis, and legal compliance.

3. *Performance Management and Employee Relations*: Establishing performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback. Addressing employee concerns, managing conflict resolution, and fostering a positive workplace culture that promotes engagement and retention among staff.
