Responsibilities:

1. *Contract Review and Negotiation*: Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various contracts related to property transactions, leases, and real estate development agreements.

2. *Regulatory Compliance*: Ensuring that the company adheres to all real estate laws and regulations, including zoning, land use, environmental regulations, and licensing requirements.

3. *Dispute Resolution and Litigation Management*: Managing any legal disputes that arise, including handling litigations related to real estate transactions, tenant issues, and property disputes.
