Soludo is finally coming to his senses, what took him so long to take his initiative? The other SE governors should key into this "Udo ka chi" template and make it a serious regional security outfit (not like the useless Ebubeagu that was hijacked for political/criminal activities). Enugu under Peter Mbah is doing very well in going digital with security and the command center in Enugu which has been equipped with world class surveillance equipments can be used for the whole of the SE, then create one hotline toll free security emergency number which every SE state can use during insecurity situations.
