As an observant fan, I think it's very risky to work tirelessly trying to improve your efficiency from two extremes without doing it from intermediate distances. Giannis is obviously very efficient within 5 feet of the basket and he is clearly trying to improve his efficiency beyond the 3-point arc, but what about jump shots. Even great shooters have bad shooting nights, sometimes consecutively. I don't know if Giannis thinks shooting 35% beyond the arc automatically translates to over 50% from jump shots. If he keeps this routine and not shoot a considerable number of jump shots this may backfire in the playoffs. I sincerely hope this is just an off-night.

Think about this for a second. Gianni's made 5 three(career high), bench had 4 points because of poor shooting but also because no Kuzma. Do you see that same scenario happening in the next game against them?

I dont think Kuzma changes much about this team right now. I havent seen him take the next step he was supposed to. Plus the lakers bench doesnt really have a spark plug...they defer too much to LeBrons star power imo.
