41.5% FG, 26.8% 3PT FG, 69.6% FT. And still won by 9 angry

I was wondering if you will notice. While Luka has the star power, AD was a better match to make a run in the west. And he had been injury free this year. I have accepted that the window has closed for you guys.

The level of disrespect Tatum suffers from the league is annoying. Man deserves more respect than he is getting this season.

Window has closed as in we won't win with LeBron and Luka at all? Even next year?

E don be for us grin

I don't understand the faux humility of Lakers fan. You're one game out of 2nd place in the western conference that guarantees home court advantage till the conference finals and you're claiming you're not a contender? angry

No one is claiming not to be a contender. We're contenders as much as the warriors or the Nuggets are contenders. But does that mean we're the favourites to win it. Everybody knows who the favourites are.
Re: The NBA Begins by benji93: 5:24pm On Mar 01
Who bewitched you? Everybody knows who the. favorites are? Lefans are never straightforward with anything. You are never the favourite. Anybody else but you.

So you'd put us in the same category as OKC, Boston and the Cavs? Like don't you watch basketball?

You people are insufferable

Kawhi has been injured just as much as embiid, if not worse, why aren't they thinking about medically terminating his contract?

My issue and hesitation with the Timberwolves is that they don’t have enough offense to wrestle through the Western Conference. Outside of Antman, who else, including Randle can give them 25-30pts a night?
They torpedoed that team the second they traded KAT. They're not going to be a factor anytime soon.

LMAO you should be used to all this by now. They're managing expectations and want to eat cake and have it. Ever since they claimed to be underdogs in a series vs Ja Morant and Dillon Brooks in 2023 is when I wrote them off

Their guy is the best but na underdog against everybody even when he had prime AD

How is a 41 year old supposed to be a factor in an NBA playoffs game. The same way yall accuse Bronistans, your side is not sensible either. As of 2 years ago, he was gassing out in playoff games. What makes you think his cardio is now better, 2 years later. Its a wrap, for those who dont know. MJ found out the hard way, couldnt even make the playoffs in the east. It will not be different here.

40 year old body is not a 30 year old body, no matter how you condition and eat, as you all will soon find out grin. I still find it remarkable that he can play at such a high level with few injuries. But should he get injured, or tweak something, it will likely spell the end. The way I stretch before working out now, because I cant afford downtime. Even when I can lift the weight, I still think about it, and be like, nahhh.... grin

Lets all just appreciate greatness. Hating on someones career for 22 years cant be good for your health!

And I hope he writes a book, lets us know what his protocol is. The amount of poisons masquerading as foods today is insane.
This man. Who wan take that Wizards team to the playoffs? They went from 19 wins to 37 with his addition. Man's dey score 22ppg in the Deadball era. Today that will be like 35ppg

Instead of Kwame Brown give Jordan prime AD or prime Luka and see madness

Even LeBron dey miss playoffs with 3 HOFers.

In the weak east, with jerry stackhouse? and a team he himself assembled? A team with goat wins 37 games in the east and you say it like it was a plus? grin At the end of the day, he was too old. For the same reason I count Currys team out. At 36, he is on the edge himself. no need for long shalaye.

Are you winding? A 39 year old fresh off 3 years away from basketball took a team from 19 to 37 wins.

Stackhouse? I know you're not comparing Stackhouse to Prime AD and Luka. Stackhouse who never led any NBA team anywhere

Besides he was only there for one year of Jordan. ATBE that was a mediocre roster.

Jordan is not the first all time great to be a bad GM. Na today?

Bron missed the playoffs and play in with Russ, AD and Melo at 38 that's more damning than retirement Jordan and the Wizards.

All of this to prove that a 41 year old that you say is not goat should still be able to win a ring at 41. A ring your "goat" did not get at 37. This world is wicked!!! Hei!!

Man you just be talking to talk. Anyway na you wey dey yarn Luka is all hype. Na me Bleep up

If the addition of generational talent like AD and Luka fvckin Doncic in their primes does not make you a contender then why are you still playing.

LeNomad and Jordan won their last respective rings at 35. The difference is one took a 3 year break.

What sport do you leave for 3 years and come back better

I don't care about your other ramblings but if Curry played with prime AD, he'd win atleast win atleast 2 rings. Curry won a ring with wiggins as his second best player while lebron was missing the playoffs with AD and westbrook. And if Curry had Luka right now, they'd be the title favourites....

No, Curry won a ring with Wiggins who was an all-star. In fact, Curry won a ring with 2 other all-stars on his team. No other team had that luxury that year. Let's say it as it is. You lot go with names all the time when you're supposed to be going with actual performance on the court

Nah. You are just shameless.
All star is based off popularity votes and mean next to nothing. All star Wiggins average 17ppg in the regular season and 16ppg, in the playoffs that season. Anthony Davis has never averaged that low since his rookie season. Matter of fact, wanna guess who else averaged more than wiggins on Lebrons Team? Yeah, Russel westbrook..
You see how pathetic you bronsexuals appear?
Bron has never won the title with his second option averaging that low.
Kyrie average 20 in the season and 27 in the finals the season they won, that's more PPG than steph curry in the finals.
Wade averaged 22, in the two seasons they won the chip. Infact Wiggins, stats were slightly lower than that of chris bosh who was again a 3rd choice....
Abeg fess up. You no get talk.....

By what metrics was Andrew wiggins better than any of those guys?

I'm not trying to find who was better for whichever team. I'm trying to understand you when you say Wiggins's all-star selection was a popularity vote. Did you watch Wiggins that 2021/22 at all. Can you tell me with a straight face that Wiggins didn't deserve to be an all-star?
